Basic protective measures against the corona virus

At this period, it is important that every individual should be abreast of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak. Coronavirus are large group of virus that are common among animals

Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others.  Common symptoms of corona virus include. Cough, fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, pneumonia, kidney failure and many others.

Taking care oneself is very important at a time like this 

Here are few protective measures to help protect oneself and others against the corona virus

 Wash your hand frequently 

Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Washing your hands with soap and water or using a hand sanitizer helps kill any virus on  the hand 

Maintain social distancing

Always try to maintain at at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is couighing or sneezing. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. The virus can be transferred through random touch of the parts mentioned. We understand that this may be a bit difficult to deal with as individuals but every measure is for our well being.
